when hes drunk, my next-door-neighbor looks like a battery operated cartoon character wallowing on water.
.. and the best thing about him, being in that weak but adorable state, is that you can do pretty much every wicked thing youve always wanted to do to him. hi-hi-hi-hi-hi.
